Safety comes first. If conditions are unsafe, Captain Mike will contact you to reschedule. Your deposit transfers to the new date. If weather is marginal, Captain Mike will discuss options with you before departure.

Six passengers. The M and M is a 32-foot center console with plenty of room to fish comfortably.

Is a tip expected?

Tips are not included in the charter price but are always appreciated. The standard tip for fishing charters is 15–20% of the trip cost.

Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, food and drinks, and a camera. We provide all fishing tackle, bait, ice, and gear. If you're prone to motion sickness, take medication before arriving at the dock.

Absolutely. You keep what you catch. Captain Mike fillets your fish right at the dock after every trip so you're heading home with clean, ready-to-cook fillets.

Key Largo offers great fishing year-round. Sailfish and swordfish are most active in winter months. Mahi mahi and tuna peak in spring and summer. Snapper and grouper are available all year on the reef.
