M and M Fishing Charters · Key Largo
Born and raised on the water in South Florida. Over 20 years putting anglers on fish.

Captain's Story
Captain Michael Milz was born and raised on the water in South Florida. He started fishing as a kid and never stopped — what began as a passion quickly became a calling. Shortly after high school he was working as a mate on one of Miami's top charter docks, learning the trade from the best captains in the business. By his early twenties he had his captain's license and was running boats of his own.
Over 30 years of fishing South Florida waters have given Captain Mike something no course can teach — a natural instinct for finding fish. He reads the wind, the current, the cloud cover, the color of the water, and knows exactly where the fish should be holding that day. It's a feel built over a lifetime on the water, sharpened by years of competitive tournament fishing. Mike has captained tournament teams to multiple wins across South Florida fishing circuits — the kind of results that only come from knowing the fishery at a level most captains never reach.
Today, with over 20 years as a licensed charter captain and a 100-ton U.S. Coast Guard Master License, Captain Mike puts all of that experience to work for every client aboard M and M Fishing Charters. Whether you're chasing offshore billfish and mahi, bottom fishing the reef, or targeting sharks — he puts you on fish.

The Vessel
The M&M is a 2003 32-foot SeaCraft center console powered by twin 2017 Suzuki 300 four-stroke outboards. Maintained to tournament standards and set up for every style of fishing Captain Mike offers — kite fishing, bottom fishing, live bait, swordfishing, and trolling.
SeaCraft built a reputation for heavy-duty offshore performance. The deep-V rides through chop and the wide beam keeps the cockpit stable when fish are on the line. Whatever the conditions, the M&M gets you to the grounds and back comfortably.

The large T-top provides generous shade coverage across the cockpit — essential for a full day in the Florida sun.
Coffin seat at the stern, bow seating up front, and center console seating give everyone a comfortable spot.
A dedicated Yeti cooler keeps drinks and food cold all day, completely separate from the fish box.
A full JL Audio marine sound system keeps the energy up on the water.
25, 50, and 100-gallon live wells — always have the freshest bait in the water.
Twin 2017 Suzuki 300 four-strokes maintained to tournament standards year-round.
